E. Thomas Cullom, III, MD, is a well-trained, highly experienced neurosurgeon. In addition to being board-certified in neurological surgery, Dr. Cullom has more than 15 years’ experience providing surgical solutions for a wide range of problems of the spine, brain and nervous system. Today, he is known as one of the area’s most experienced neurosurgeons treating intracranial conditions with stereotactic radiosurgery, and he has helped improve — and even save — the lives of many people over the years.

“I was drawn to medicine because of a desire to have a positive impact on the lives of others. In particular, I found neurological surgery to be diverse, challenging and quite interesting.
